Adrian Gallardo, I would ask around at AVS you should be able to find all the information you need there. When it comes time to sell them I would try craigslist first so you don't have to deal with shipping them. Good luck.

Hello, I recently came across 3 Marquee 8500 LC Projectors. They were manufactured in 1996. They have had little use and have been sitting in storage for about 9 years with no usage during this time period. I have little knowledge on these units except for what I have gained in the last 2 weeks. I am in need of selling these projectors but I am not sure what they would go for these days. I also am having trouble getting the specs off of the unit as I have relatively no experience. Please let me know if you could offer me some insight or know who would be interested in purchasing these units. I live in San Jose, CA.
Thanks

Len, I am sorry I don't know how to do that. I would think that someone at the AVS forums would be able to help you out though

I have a Vidikron Vision One (Electrohome 9500LC) that I had installed for me, prior to a move. The installer set in a password, and I have been unable to contact him to find out what the password is.

I can adjust the picture to perfect, but as soon as I turn the projector off, all of my new settings are lost. Next time I use the projector, I have to set it up all over again.

Is there some way to override teh password?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
thank you!

Friend just bought a house w/ a large AmPro projector. Tag doesn't have a model number but has "1200" in larger type and a mfg date of 1996.

Can you provide any info/specs on this unit? It still works but apparently needs some picture adjustment and i though i might be able to help them.

Oh - does this mean it's a 1200 lumen unit?

I have a barco 701MM. Problem is happened when I turn on the projector, the picture is bright but not sharp. I tried turn it on and off several times, and the screen on but very dark. And the white letters on the screen has red and blue shadow, then after 3-4 seconds the picture disappear. Red light indicator comes on at HOLD DOWN EHT. Is this the problem with the board? Can this be repair?

Thank you.
